Hi everyone,
I come across this problem today at work , so I looked everywhere to find a solution and finally figure out how to reset everything to factory settings! not Just the Ui scheme.
Usually I work with two Monitors , so my pallets are everywhere
so if you switch to one Monitor then you will lose some pallets
Solution:
SEARCH FOR THIS PATH
AppData\Local\Autodesk\3dsMax\2011 – 64bit\enu
you make a backup or a copy just in case for this File> “3dsmax.ini” ,and Delete it .
that’s it that easy!!!
now lunch max and it will create automatically a new “3dsmax.ini” file for you but!! with factory settings
